Day 1

Arrival Hanoi –with Guide

Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, your driver and guide will meet you and they will transfer you to your hotel in the downtown. Check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2

Hanoi Drive to Sapa & Muong Hoa Valley (B/L) – with Guide

Today, we will start a bit early (7:30 AM) because of the long morning drive to Sapa. It takes us about 5 hours driving to Sapa on the HW Noi Bai – Lao Cai. This is the longest highway in Vietnam. The scenic drive from the Red River Delta, through the midland to Lao Cai province will be a good start for your trip. Arrive in Sapa around noon, have lunch at a restaurant in town and check in to the hotel for a short rest and refresh.
In the afternoon, you are transferred to a trekking point to trek Muong Hoa Valley. The trek from Y Linh Ho Village to Lao Chai village of the Black H’mong is one of the best scenery in the region. Get picked up and transferred back to the town at the end of the day.
Overnight in Sapa.

Day 3

SAPA - DRIVE TO BAC HA (B/L) – with Guide

After breakfast, checking out of your room and transfer to Ma Tra village for a trek mostly on a small concrete path to Ta Phin village of the Red Yao people (~8km). This trek also offers you great scenery of rice terraced field views. It is the Red Yao people. Lunch at a local restaurant in Ta Phin.
In the afternoon, get back on your private vehicle and make the way to Bac Ha town. The drive lasts for almost 3 hours. On the way, have a short stop at the border gate to China in Lao Cai city. Take a view over the border bridge and you may want to take some photos before carrying on the drive. Arrive at Bac Ha town, check in a hotel and rest for the remainder of the day.

Day 4

BAC HA SUNDAY MARKET – HANOI (B/L) – with Guide

After your breakfast at the homestay. bid farewell to the host and make your way to the market. Here you will see some ethnic minority groups such as Flower Hmong, Phu La, Yao, Tay, Nung…etc. They are from different valleys, gather around for the trading. It is an awesome experience of seeing colors, understanding traditions and feeling the atmosphere. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.
The market offers a variety of local products includes colorful embroidery, handicrafts and all types of daily necessary stuffs. Here also available animal market where people sell and buy or barter animal such as dogs, pot-bellied pigs, cows, buffalos and so on.. Come back Hanoi.

Day 5

HANOI - HA LONG BAY (B/L/D) – with Guide

Meet your tour guide and driver again at 8:00 AM to start the day.
The morning drive through the Red River Delta will take you to Halong City after almost 4 hours. On Arrival at the pier, embark on a Deluxe Junk and cruise to discover the bay in the afternoon.
Have lunch while cruising to the magnificent bay of the World Heritage, admiring the fascinating formations of limestone islands. The activities include swimming in the crystal water; visiting a limestone cave; swimming or kayaking.
Have dinner and overnight on Halong board.

Day 6

HA LONG BAY – HANOI (B/L) – with Guide

Morning for sunrise and a view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. After the breakfast, the crews pull up the anchor for further cruise to other parts of the bay and visit a peaceful area by a sampan boat ride. After that, the boat is gently meandering between the rocks and towards the pier. An A la cart brunch is served on the way.
Disembark at noontime. Get back on your private transport and take the afternoon drive to Hanoi.

DEPARTURE FROM HANOI (B) – no Guide

Today is your last day of the trip; you are free at leisure or go out for some last shopping (if time permits) until getting picked up and take the private transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of service.
