Day 1


Arrive in Hanoi airport. Get picked up and transferred to your hotel. Today, you will have a brief meeting with your tour guide / group leader for more necessary information and travel documents. Get ready to enjoy flavors of Vietnamese cuisine at welcome dinner in an authentic local restaurant. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2


This morning starts with a visit to Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his house. Followed by a visit to Temple of Literature, the first National school and University that was built from 11th century. Here you have chance to learn about Vietnamese history of culture and civilization. Lunch and then continue your tour with a visit to Ethnology museum, Ngoc Son temple – a Jade on the Hoan Kiem Lake before taking a cyclo ride to around the vibrant Hanoi’s Old Quarter for sightseeing and experiencing the hustle life style here. Enjoy water puppet performance – a type of typical Vietnamese art that created centuries ago in the Red River Delta. Finish your day with dinner in one of local restaurant for Vietnamese delicacy. Overnight in hotel.

Day 3


Today you will take a culinary journey through Hanoi, with a full day street food and cooking class. This gastronomic day will give a real insight into the colorful lives of the Hanoian. Start the day with Hanoi’s celebrated noodle soup, Pho, and strolling around local market to learn about and taste some of the ingredients used in the local cuisine and to watch the buying and selling rituals of a Vietnamese market. Lunch at Hanoi’s most famous Cha Ca restaurant – the restaurant and its dish so famous that the street has the name after it. In the afternoon, you will attend the cooking demonstration for some of Vietnamese special dishes organized in KOTO restaurant. Free evening at your leisure and overnight in hotel.

Day 4


Take a drive through beautiful rural scenery of North of Vietnam. Board your cruising vessel and have lunch as you cruise among thousand of dramatic limestone karsts into the breathtaking scenery of the World Natural Wonder. Visit a cave, go swimming, kayak and take part in a Vietnamese spring roll cooking demonstration or just simply relax as you wind through the Bay. Overnight on Halong.

Day 5


Further cruise and enjoy a wholesome brunch before getting back to harbor at noon. Drive back to Hanoi have a stop to visit a ceramic making village in Dong Trieu to learn how beautiful ceramic stuff are made. Free at leisure for the remainder of the afternoon until getting transfer to the train station for night train to Hue. Overnight on train in AC soft sleeper cabin.

Day 6


This morning you will arrive in Hue around 9AM. Get transferred to hotel then relax or wander around for sightseeing. Hue is the former imperial capital of Vietnam, city of historical interests and home to ‘Royal Cuisine’. This afternoon, you will spend your time to visit the Imperial Citadel, a huge work built by the last feudal dynasty of the country and explore the ruin of the Purple Forbidden City. Tonight you will have a chance to attend a Royal Banquet style dinner, with dragon robe and crown put on, in one of Hue’s unique royal style decorated restaurant. Overnight in hotel.

Day 7


Start your day with a visit to a local market which located in beautiful and very poetic scenery of Hue’s country. Wander through the aisles abundant with fresh products; experiencing the atmosphere and learn more about local life style as well as local ingredients that are infused in to the region’s foods. There, within the market area are the most charming ancient covered bridge and a farming exhibition house, spend some time to learn, enjoy and have interaction with locals. Continue your tour with a visit to one of Emperor mausoleums that depicts Royal style, his wishes for the world after death and the facts of Vietnamese history and culture. Enjoy a tasty and savory vegetarian feast in a pagoda within the atmosphere with full of Zen. This afternoon, you will take a dragon boat cruise on the Perfume River and take a visit to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda. Free evening for your own choice of dinner with recommendation from your tour guide. Overnight in hotel.

Day 8


Depart Hue for a scenic drive along picturesque rice paddies, verdant mountains and spectacular beaches to Hoi An, the ancient town, one of Country’s World heritage. Hoi An used to be the call on the sea route between The East and The West and the commercial town in the centre of Vietnam. The town is now well known among tourists as the big attraction with its charms, friendliness and a paradise for tailor shopping. This afternoon, you will take a walk around Hoi An ancient town for sightseeing and photos. Free in the evening at your own leisure. Overnight in hotel.

Day 9


This morning will start with a tour to Tra Que, a small village in the suburb of Hoi An, that known for growing the country’s best vegetables and herb. Joining with villagers and learn how they grow vegetables there on the dry sand. Followed by a walk around the village, taking photos and then visit one of local home to learn about their life. In the afternoon your local chef will take you to the market to have introduction about and get cooking ingredients before the cooking class where he will impart the secret of some special Vietnamese dishes with the flavor of Hoi An. Enjoy your savory creations and realize how wonderful a cook you are. Overnight in hotel.

Day 10


Today you will have a free day for relaxing, wandering and shopping at your own pace. An optional tour to visit My Son, the ruin of Champa holy see or boat trip on Thu Bon River are available at your disposal. Overnight in hotel.

Day 11


Free in the morning until time to get transfer to Da Nang for flight to Nha Trang. Get picked up and then transfer to Nha Trang city. In the afternoon, take a city tour around to visit Nha Trang interesting sites such as: Long Son Pagoda, Dam market and Ponagar Cham Tower. Optional mud bath at Thap Ba hot spring is available if you wish to get special treatment and enjoying fun. Dinner in a restaurant on the beach front. Overnight in hotel.

Day 12


Today you will have a boat trip to visit Nha Trang Bay and its islands within marine protected areas for a snorkeling and swimming. Enjoy the sea breeze, warm emerald water and discovery of colorful coral reefs then have a seafood lunch serve aboard. More relaxing and swimming before getting back to the harbor at mid afternoon. Free at your leisure in the evening at your own pace for dinner and wandering around. Overnight in hotel.

Day 13


This morning we will take a flight to Saigon – Ho Chi Minh City. Get transfer to hotel and check in room. The afternoon begins with a market tours when your local chef will take you through the local market for introduction about and to shop for cooking ingredients. Enjoy the savor cooking class and get the insight into the diversity of the Vietnamese cuisine. Overnight in hotel.

Day 14


Drive to Mekong delta for a full day tour. Enjoy the lush and evergreen scenery of the most fertile land in the country. Take a boat cruise on Mekong River, visit orchard garden and taste local fruits freshly picked from trees then visit some local cottage industry. Lunch is served with local specialties in a fresh garden before you take a sit on sampan for rowing to explore the mangroves of the Mekong Delta along meandering rivers. Boarding the big boat to get back to the harbor then bus drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. A farewell dinner will be organized this evening and it is the time to summarize the experience of the whole trip. Overnight in hotel.
